Give us your feedback and post a comment on our Facebook Anniversary Event to tell us what it is that you want and we will take part in bringing you one step closer to your wishes.

It could be anything like :

The lucky draw will happen on Halloween October 31st, 2017.
Here is how you can get more entries into the lucky draw and have a greater chance to win!
For each of the following actions, an additional entry into the Lucky Draw is awarded:
- Referring a new patient for a full eye health exam
- Returning for your annual eye health exams
- Reviewing us on Social Media (Google, Yelp, Facebook = 1 entry per social platform)
- Each $400 spent in our office between Oct. 31st, 2013 until the Lucky Draw date = 1 entry
